"Amazing stay at a great location"

Everything was amazing. The owner was responsive and friendly. Checking in and out were a breeze. The house is extremely clean and spacious. There is an outdoor tub for you to soak in as you enjoy the crisp air, and a sauna to sweat it out if you decide to. There are crockery, cooking utensils, and even drip coffee equipment if you choose to make your own food and drinks. We came in winter and the place was sufficiently warmed with 3 heaters, one in the living room and two on the second floor. There was even an Atari console to play with! The house is located within walking distance from the main shopping and eating district. Would definitely stay here again if we're back in the area!

"Our stay was beyond perfect and everything we needed to reset & relax!"

The property has everything we could’ve needed and more! We were able to do our laundry, cook a meal in the large kitchen, sweat in the sauna, and have a relaxing soak in the outdoor bath with total privacy. The shower was lovely and the bedroom was cozy and perfect. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station but brings you through some great parts of town and into a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Would 1000% stay again and recommend for anyone coming to visit Takayama!

We loved everything about it.
