Almond Cottage Clare - 2 bedroom English Cottage

The location was excellent, in the centre of the small town, with everything walkable from the cottage, including several eating places. The cottage itself was very comfortable and extremely well appointed.

The whole cottage was utterly delightful. The kitchen had all amenities that we could wish for and was beautifully decorated, as was the whole property. The information folder was extensive and well thought out. It was a great help thank you.

A couple of things to consider; the rug in front of the sofa was very slippy, and we had to keep repositioning it. The only other thing we would suggest, is a little sign near the stairs, reminding people to take their shoes off before going upstairs. It is stated in the information folder, but I suspect some people may not read it and leave their shoes on when on the carpet, which would be a shame.

Parking would have been nice but the owners cannot control that

Great location, beautifully decorated & very clean. There were lots of thoughtful touches provided such as cleaning items in kitchen, tea, coffee, biscuits etc. Will recommend.
