Almond Cottage Clare - 2 bedroom English Cottage

Very well equipped cottage in an excellent location. We had a very comfortable stay.

Parking was a problem at times but realise that this is unavoidable in a town like Clare.

Lovely cottage, really nicely renovated. Close to amenities.

Bed not very comfortable. A lot of road noise all day and night.

Lovely cosy cottage in the centre of picturesque Clare. Well appointed, clean and in easy reach of all local amenities. Great comms from owners. A thoroughly pleasant stay

Was all great, no issues

Lovely character property with everything we needed. Good bath/shower, well appointed kitchen, wifi, even a iron! Good central location in a charming town, the smallest in Suffolk with a lot of unexpected history. Street parking was easy nearby. An excellent base for exploring the locality.

Nothing to complain about. The property is perfect for 2 people with maybe a child but wouldn't be ideal for two couples as it is a small terraced cottage. Period features include a few steps in the floor. Not sound proofed to modern standards. The neighbours washing machine on a spin cycle early Saturday morning was unfortunate not the fault of the owners.

Ideal location right in the centre of Clare. Not a lot of space, but well arranged to make best use of space available. Sweet little courtyard area outside. Received detailed and helpful instructions to access cottage, and it was ready ahead of scheduled time.

Sofa a bit large for space available. We kept banging head on slope of stairs coming out of kitchen - maybe a little foam discretely along the edge might help?

Cottage recently modernised, very clean and well equipped. Location excellent. Hosts very friendly and helpful.
