The property was fine. I’m not sure if the site needs to be updated. I booked a 4 bed room. Only got 3 beds. They said that was the biggest room they had

I was greeted well.

After informing the receptionist Shoaib that I was uncomfortable with the room and the false advertisement that was shown on booking should taken down, and that I wanted to check out. I have two kids and those was no where near kid friendly. I also asked for a receipt and he proceeded to tell me to take it up with booking being that I booked it through the app. It’s been a month since I’ve contacted booking and spoke with Shoaib and I’ve yet to receive the call back from booking and a response from this hotel. I refuse to book here again
