"Very Nice Stay"

The staff and front office environment was very welcoming (thanks for the welcome treat) The location was perfect!(for me) The bed was very comfortable too.:⁠-⁠) and the appliances were modern and clean.

I had to relocate to another room due to the outdated shower knob not working. The wall sockets were outdated and didn't work for my charging cord. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

"Old Property/Price Reflects"

Plenty of shopping around. The pool was nice but too cold to swim, great microwave in room and staff very pleasant

Property is very old! Needs to be updated and amenities fixed! They have no USB outlets, lamps didn’t work, no place to sit and eat other than the bed, dirt all in the cracks and corners of the floor, bathroom really tiny, door wasn’t properly hung.

Do not stay at this dump it was nasty hairs in towels hairs all over bathroom rust water leaking from sealing roaches outside service is crap and they will not offer you nothing other then to change a room

"INCORRECT INFORMATION GIVEN. RUDE! DIRTY! UNPROFESSIONAL!"

The ONLY positive experience I had was when asking to move rooms. When I arrived my mom helped me up to my room and the lady in the room next to us began harassing her yelling at her to get her attention, SCREAMING about bed bugs and a “gas leak”. I called the front desk to ask if they could please just ask her to leave us alone and they sent an attendant over and the two began SCREAMING and CUSSING at eachother. After about 10 minutes of that I asked to be moved to a different room as I was in town for a funeral and not really up for that. The front desk informed me that that was not something they usually do and was only willing to switch my room once I said I was going to leave. When I went down to get my new room key the man told me that the lady that was screaming in the room next to us was crazy and that she had been living here for 2 years without paying rent and she was in the process of getting evicted, regardless of the situation that’s very inappropriate for him to be sharing with a guest and made me super uncomfortable. To make the experience WORSE he told me again that switching rooms was not something they usually do and said if i was appreciative to make sure to rate them five stars.

Before my trip to CA my partner booked this room for me through booking.com. He called multiple times to confirm that all of the payments were taken care of by his card INCLUDING any deposits, and was told that they would charge a $100 deposit to the card on file when I checked in. When I checked in the man at the front desk told me this was incorrect and he didn’t know who I would have talked to that would have told me that because he “gets 90% of his bookings from booking.com” and no one has ever said that. I explained to him that my partner made the reservation for me and he was very rude and condescending saying if I didn’t have my own card he would cancel my stay. Thankfully my partner was able to transfer the money to my card and I just used that. >lady next to the room started yelling at my mom, and also an attendant i asked the front desk to move me and they did Our new room was also next to a long term tenant, and in the corner of the patio was a large pile of uncovered room furniture that had been rained on and rat droppings all along the stairs. We found two large spiders in the bathroom. The large window in the front room has broken blinds so people can see in and you can see out, and both small windows in my room did not lock. Our TV did not work in the second room. On the second day of my stay my keys were deactivated, I was on my way back from the services of my friend and when I called the front desk to ask why my key didn’t work he said “did you extend your stay” I said no, my reservation is until April 1st in 2 days. He told me I could come down to the office and have them rekeyed. When I got down there he told me that it was an issue they frequently had.

Staff nice

Room curtains didn't close, no string so light in room all night. Woke up scared thought I overslept but it was only 2am.. Due to all that light. Shower was cold, I let it run 5min but still cold. Had to take a cold shower. Sink was peeled off paint like 50%of sink. Door key didn't work. Staff opened door but didn't bring me another key. It was my worst experience ever. I'm 60yrs old and never experienced this much disaster at any hotel.
