I like the fact that everything was very closer to the apartment. Shop, restaurants even the event I was attending on Saturday was very closer to the apartment.

It is located in a safe, serene and secure area. The Apartment is spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the coffee station.

The water was warm every time I showered. Would have preferred if there was hot water too to shower.

The host uses Truvi, a third party insurance. At check-in I was forced to buy their “insurance” and give them all my personal info, including my ID — no option to refuse. Then I found out their fine print is endless, packed with confusing legal language basically making you liable for everything. No condition report was provided at check in, and the place already had scratches everywhere, a broken window, stained furniture, cigarette burns in the coffee table etc ect. What worried me the most were the major cracks in the walls. Truvi expects guests to take their own photos at check in as “proof” or risk being charged — it took me over 30 minutes just to document it all. After reading others’ reviews, this seems to be a pattern of hidden fees, data collection, and zero accountability. Truvi is invasive, stressful, and ruins the whole experience. Avoid any listing that uses them!
