Appartment was well sized with great terrace.

Booking process terrible. R 750 unknown charge on an identity check? Checked in in a weekend. Reservations not available. Payment process delayed by over an hour as they did t send a payment link. Needed to extend. 1 person said yes, another no, another maybe. No one got back to me until after check out time and we were basically thrown out by housekeeping. NOX management of property a shambles. Hardly any cutlery, toaster broken and nearly electrocuted me. Table broken.
