Place is spacious with several rooms. And location is close to both old town and the train station, really handy.

They don’t have full time reception which is more annoying than it sounds especially with a designated half hour check OUT slot. The guy on reception doesn’t speak English which wouldn’t be an issue providing they get the relevant information across, but he didn’t. He wanted cash only in the morning for the city tax payment which we didn’t have, we had to go and find an ATM rather than just pay by card. I’ve been all over Italy and not a single hotel or shop I used was cash only except this one. A real pain.

Great location, close to the train station and the historical center. The appartment was big, clean, with modern ammenities.

Since we were staying for less than 4 days we were not able to use the kitchen, and even if we were staying longer we were to pay additional fee for the kitchen utensils. WiFi in the second floor was quite weak.

Facile accordarsi sull'orario di arrivo. Gestori molto cortesi e disponibili. Appartamento spazioso e confortevole. Ben arredato. Avevo con me la bici e ho scoperto con piacere che era possibile depositarla in un locale interno alla struttura.

Per la colazione si potrebbe fare un po' meglio.

Posizione centrale e struttura moderna, arredata con gusto.

I servizi offerti (bagnodoccia e shampoo risultano sfusi e senza etichetta) e la pulizia della camera.
