Mosquito’s, even with windows not opened during stay every night we were woken chasing mosquito’s. Bed was very hard.

The location of 6 apartments was outstanding. It was close to the train station, restaurants and shops. Although utilitarian, it had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We were there for five days, and on the third day, they replaced our towels. Which was very much appreciated. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher in the apartment for your convenience. There is also an iron and ironing board in the downstairs laundry. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was quite nice. It also has a modern lift, and the apartment is very secure.

As with most apartments, it would be nice to have more hangers.

Rimini is a beautiful ancient city and seaside resort, and The Six Apartments are in the perfect location in the heart of the historic centre. They are just a few minutes’ walk from the Augustus Arch in one direction and the Tiberius Bridge in the other, nestling alongside the Rimini University buildings, situated on the corner of a pretty little square, with a bar and several excellent restaurants literally a few metres away. The apartment has reservable secure parking about 2 minutes’ walk away, making it a superb base for travelling around the lovely coast and countryside and within about 30 minutes’ drive of the independent Republic and City of San Marino, which is a “must-see” in the area, also about an hour’s drive of Ravenna, with its fabulous mosaics. The 2-bedroom apartment we booked on the first floor is beautifully clean and well-furnished and equipped, lacking nothing essential for a week’s stay, with a small balcony overlooking a small courtyard. There is a lift to all floors so no need to worry about access for those with limited mobility or heavy luggage. I cannot speak highly enough of our charming and helpful host, Solidea, who did everything possible to enhance our stay. She made restaurant recommendations and reservations on request, all of which proved to be excellent choices, and provided detailed guidance on things to do and see. As another example, when there was a glitch with the Wifi and air conditioning that was beyond her control, she went out of her way to update us on the fix, and to compensate us with a discount for the minor inconvenience.

The mattress was a bit hard
