Azul Ixtapa Grand All Inclusive Suites - Spa & Convention Center

We completely enjoyed everything. One thing that stood out was the absence of pushy salesmen trying to get you to buy some "membership". We've been scammed by that in other Mexican hotels. I was pleasantly surprised this establishment did not have that at all! Loved it and will definitely go back!

I did not like the "booking agent" when trying to book another week at a later time. Trying to forcefully sell me 3 rooms when all I needed was 2. Do your own booking online.

mask necessary,food has gotten complicated to get to ,snack bar was serve yourself before now you have to sit and eat, they ask your room number every time you try to eat as if food was not unlimited ,late at night there is no food to eat,the bar at the pool is no longer open under the cave.the pool closes super early at 7/8 beach aces was closed most of the time of my stay.everything is far from location

buffet variety was not very consistent. Mexican night food was great, show not so much. limited specialty restaurant visits did not meet my expectation
