Great service. Modern and well maintained. Excellent location (private but close enough to great amenities such as crocodile sanctuary,Ixtapa Island, Playa linda, great cyclo path). The jacuzzi in the rooms. the View!

Ridiculous dress code for reservation only dinner (mandatory pants and closed shoes at 30deg outside). I (male) was able to get in wearing my mom's dress though. Adult only jacuzzi. My 13 year-old was not able to get in even with adult supervision and the lifeguard two meter away.

location and the food was alright. not bad at all.

they didn’t let my cousin wear a bikini top to the buffet yet there was a lady with her airbags at full blast and they didn’t say anything. not sure if the wait staff didn’t personally like her style. sexist move in their part. also the check in times are long. not the staffs fault maybe switch up the check in process

I like the staff, very helpful!!!

I didn’t like the room because the air conditioner smelled very bad. also I didn’t like,the bar only have 2 choices of beer modelo or Indio.
