Couldn't control heating so apartment was absolutely freezing, when asked to put it on they would for 30 minutes then switch it off. Recommend bringing an electric heater if you're coming to stay here

What a fantastic place to stay in Carlisle, facing the property was the bus station, turn left out the property and walk straight for one block and you are in Carlisle main shopping street or turn left and left again from the property and walk straight ahead after a maximum five minutes walk is the train station. Apartment had pretty much everything needed for a long weekend.

It was a game of two halves for the bed I’m afraid as OH can sleep on anything but for me as a side sleeper the bed springs were extremely painful and I kept waking up and had to shift position. A memory foam topper would probably solve that.

It was central to the shops. Extremely comfortable and cosy, a home from home.

Nothing. Observation only that there could off been a bath mat when coming out the shower. And/or additional security on the door extra locks.

No hooks for towels in bathroom,

Loved the facilities and the coziness of the apartment

This is me being super picky as I would go back again. Needed more than 1/2 of a toilet roll for two nights. Think they should invest in a full-length mirror

This was such a perfect stop on our journey home from Scotland. It had everything we needed, and we loved its cosy feel.
