UAIt is a quiet, very quiet place in April. The apartment was clean and cozy. It is a great place to relax even with two teenagers 🙂
The only thing that was difficult was getting to the apartment door because of the garbage in the hallway.

GBThe location is perfect. A stones throw from the beach and a beautiful sunrise that you can see out of the window. The property was clean and spacious.
Lack of seating. Only has one sofa. Could maybe do with an additional chair?

Sofa wasn’t the comfiest but still ok. Maybe some more cooking utensil’s but could have brought my own. Good that I had a car the shops are about 1.5miles away but in nice weather it would be a nice walk.

Not very efficient at holding heat, had to keep central heating on all night , but not a major issue.
GBGreat views from the south facing windows. Spacious and warm flat. (new gas boiler very recently fitted) Comfortable bed. Quiet area. Easy dog walks on your doorstep. Washing machine, a great bonus. Overall, a great little New Year break for us.
It could do with more cooking utensils and pots. There were only 2 chairs at the small, square dining table. That was fine for the two of us, but it's a flat for four, so it could be a problem for some. Even two extra fold-up chairs would help. The resident upstairs seemed to March about a bit! Especially after 8pm at night. Quite a lot of old units and cardboard etc sitting in entrance close. Some might be from the flat next door. Just needs a wee bit of a tidy up.

The Shower was electric, even though the flat is running on Central heating The Taps - in 2024/25 there should not be separate taps anymore

The first time I went I did not realise that the tv didn’t work. It would have been useful to know so that I could bring something - which I did the second time I went
GBLovely and quiet location on the seaside with excellent and lovely views. Great space and had everything I needed for a few days. Good wifi, kitchen facilities including washing machine which was very useful, and large TV (didn't have a lot of options on it but was still a good touch). Pretty easy to find and check into In my opinion. (It's in a shared porch area with the next door neighbour but I still found it relatively easy to find).
On street parking only and not always guaranteed a space to park/ street is quite narrow and filled with other parked cars so hard to manoeuvre. The whole place could just use a little TLC and a touch up. It wasn't the cleanest place I've stayed, and the porch area outside was very cluttered, messy and uninviting (as mentioned, it's a shared porch area so I imagine it's harder to monitor that). The shower was hard to figure out due to the settings being wrong, and the heating didn't work in one of the bedrooms.
