GBArrived in the evening the flat was cold no hot water the whole flat smells of damp the heating system not working had to wait for engineer to come out he got it working it lasted 30 minutes and stopped working had to get hotel

GBThis property is in a great location, sea views also lovely to watch the sunrise out of the window. A few minutes walk down to the beach. Very clean, kitchen had everything that I needed. Bed was also really comfortable.

No fire escape instructions or fire extinguisher or blanket. Needs full redecoration and is dirty in places To use microwave have to carry it across the kitchen to a plug Old dirty cooker and lots of rubbish in the entry to the flat TV not tuned in and trailing flex Trailing wires in sitting room. Generally needs some work to be a safe and clean place to stay
PLThe location
Lack of hot water due to issues with boiler, end bedroom with no heating, the property owner said it is a surprise to her however the mould in the end bedroom shows long time of neglect. End bedroom at 12 then 8 degrees celcius through out 5 night stay. With still 2 nights to go the property owner said that she would have organised the plumber and she didn’t. No hot running water. Kitchen bathed in grease, property owner offered cleaning team however due to us brining child over I had the kitchen and the sofas cleaned the same evening, and could not wait. Dishes sponge available to us wast already in use before we arrived. Property owner said she doesn’t need to provide us with cleaning products. No hoover and draining rack for the dishes and again being told she doesn’t have to provide us with basics. No house manual, shower dials opposite way. Property owner clearly buys and puts out property with doing very little to them, doesn’t care about the experience and responses confirms such attitude. Property has to be taken down until at least boiler is fixed and cleaning is done properly

Everything we had was nice, although if I can suggest to have a little dining table for eating, a little reading lamp next to the sofa and a microwave, the place would be more awesome. 😀
