Best location best staff best price and no complaints... They also rent scooters for 100VND per day. It's just 100m walking distance from the tam coc boating point... It's a steal deal.

You can add 1 more dustbin in room along with bathroom... Pillows are little thick...

Very nice owner. He doesn't speak any English but that wasn't a problem. We could shower even though we checked out already. Scooter rental was 100k. And we could do an early check-in at 5 in the morning which was just the best after a long bus ride.

Stayed in a private room for one night, really spacious room, complimentary water was nice, bed very comfortable and bathroom clean. Did everything I needed it to. Great location just a few minutes walk from everything

It was a peaceful and comfortable stay. The room was big, modern, and clean. The beds were also big and very comfortable. The location was perfect, just off the main street, so noise wasn't a problem but a close walk to everything. It was in a perfect location. The owner was so nice. He always had a smile on his face. We booked the accommodation that morning while on the bus to Tam coc, and he let us check in early without much notice. He also provided us with bottled water during our stay and when we were leaving for our night bus.

Lovely room and bathroom in a great location to be able to access everything in Tam Coc. It was mainly quiet despite being close to main road. Good hot water, Wi-Fi, fan and AC which we didn’t use as it wasn’t warm when we were there. We were able to leave our bags after checkout before our overnight bus. Great value for money given how nice the room was.

The host did not speak any English so communication was difficult and we used Google translate for everything. We didn’t book anything through the host as we found the communication difficult. Payment is cash only.

The location was perfect, quiet but close to the Main Street with all restaurants and shops etc. the host was super helpful and kind - let us extend our stay, helped organise a motor bike, let us make a bonfire in the courtyard because it was so cold! The room was also really spacious, enough space for us to roll our yoga mats out 😄

There was a smell coming from the drain in the bathroom, the kitchen wasn’t so clean and would be nice to have more of a social space

The room was big and clean! Incredible value for the money we payed! They let us check in a little earlier also which was welcomed! Highly recommended!
