Really great staff, room was nice with lots of space

The room is not very big but has everything you need. The bathroom is good. Both clean.

The staff barely spoke English, even with google translate it was confusing. Decided to communicate through booking chat, but that was also difficult. The room was extremely noisy. Waking us up before 6 every morning. We rented a motorbike through them that was very poor quality and broke down. It felt very unpersonal and definitely not how we have experienced other homestays. We were there during the local holiday.. Maybe a different/ bad experience because of that??!

Perfectly located close to the main street but away from the noise, spacious and clean room, very nicely preserved in such humid climate

We normally would have stayed 3 nights, but the little kids in the building were very loud from early in the morning to late in the evening, so we did not get a great sleep. Other than that, great place

The hoster is really nice! The hotel has a great location when arriving to Tam Coc by bus. (Don't try to go to Ninh Binh). Renting a scooter is also very cheap and you Can count on them! Thank you once again.

Clean Homestay close to Tam coc Main Street & boat area. Good value for money.

The place is great, room and bathroom are big, bed comfortable, location amazing. Did my laundry and rented a scooter from them. Got everything communicated with reception via google translate. No bad words.

Yea this place really offers a lot of little details that others in the area just don’t. I was really happy with it.
