- Location was really awesome - Meldini mall nearby has decent kids attraction, meals, drinks - Have toy and game console for the kids - Gym (a few equipment) and pool facility - 24 hour convenient shop downstair - Spacious room - living room, bathroom and bedroom was adequately furnished - Whatapp bot can answer most simple question - Cheap, value for money

- Bad pungent smell on the first day, ok on day 2 onwards. No shampoo provided. - Maybe just personal preference, the pillow were too thin or too thick. - Instruction to check in and out was unclear. Passcode was wrong and stuck for 10 mins, as the staff help promptly. I have no clue what does it mean to take a photo of security during checkout. - Request for extra access card was missed by the whatsapp bot. In general, as staff does not read the chat messages with bot, they don’t show awareness of what had previously been communicated. In the same chat sometimes it the bot and sometimes it the staff replying. - whatsapp bot claim that checkout after 11am is not allowed while booking and the houserule pasted in the apartment indicated 12 noon. - Early check in has fees was only made known one day before. It was a feature on bookings and didn’t appear

It’s very convenient and the unit is well equipped. Feels homely

There’s abit of smell but it goes away after windows opened

Location v Central to Lego Land. 2 minutes walk to lego which is helpful. Host is also v attentive and securoty are great , they minded our bags
