Staff were very friendly

I didn’t like the odor in the lobby or the room. It smelled like a bad air freshener.

Room wasn't ready, was charged $250 dollars even though I had already paid. Did not stay, need refunded.

Room wasn't ready, flooded 3rd floor, fire alarm going off. Was charged $250 even though I had already paid. I did not stay. Canceled the room due to all the issues. Need refunded

Beds were comfortable

It wasn’t clean, stains on the chair, small brown roaches were on the wall, in the bathroom and on the counter top in the kitchenette. Light fixtures and pictures were loose. Dingy cabinets, rusted burners. Had a musty smell to the room and not even a bar of soap.

Quiet area

Sink was clogged; tub stopper didn’t work, and have to take your own trash out to dumpster. Older furniture and lamps that look f like they haven’t been dusted in a good while. Phone didn’t work in room.

How much dirt was in the room, cigarette burn on counter in kitchenette, room smelled, couldn’t turn on the fan in bathroom without there being a smell, the trash in the bathroom wasn’t taken out from previous guest, sink didn’t drain in bathroom, lots of stains on table with desk chair as well as bathroom sink, had a bug in the room I was staying in in the kitchenette, rust on base of shower head with hole, damage on walls, lots of dust on surfaces looked like it wasn’t cleaned properly between guests, only had half a roll of toilet paper in room at check in, etc.
