Extended Stay America Select Suites - Philadelphia - Malvern - Great Valley

Location was ok. Close to everything but a little hard to get to as the road it is on is divided and you have to drive half a mile past and make a u-turn. Front desk was ok. Not super friendly but helpful when I had to leave in the middle of the night freaked out about bed bugs.

Bed bugs. Never experienced them before but I left I. The middle of the night after seeing several crawl out onto the pillows while I was laying in bed. And then more on the blankets.

Location it was quiet and comfortable.

The moist carpet near air conditioner. I got no key staff had to take me to my room and unlock the door

Nothing at all

$100 incidental fee, even though I was only there for three hours .

Room key generator was broken so when staff admitted us to our room, we could not leave. Also hotel Wi-Fi was in operative.. The appliances in the room were in poor condition. And upon check-in we were informed that we had to pay an additional $100 as a security deposit which is to be refunded to us in three days. This was not indicated on our reservation.

the staff ghost like message left invite to my room : left a cologne smell was better then the jockey gym shoe smell that i was met with : i could have been sent to another room
