Ca' delle Contesse - Villa on lagoon with private dock and spectacular view

Eigentlich alles! Die Lage ist wunderbar! Abends auf der Terrasse bei einem Glas Wein die Sonne über Venedig untergehen zu sehen, wunderbar.Alles, was as man braucht für einen schönen Aufenthalt ist vorhanden. Vielen Dank dafür diesen Ort erleben zu können.

Die Klimaanlage hätte etwas mehr kühlen können.

100/10. Oksana and Barbara went beyond and above for us, treated us like family. From helping us organize water taxis when we didn’t have cash on us, letting us check in early as our flight was cancelled, physically helping us get into a water taxi with a lot of luggage in the middle of a thunderous rainstorm! We are genuinely baffled with the kindness and service we got, baffled, they are incredible. Super fast replies and service. We will certainly remember this stay and how we were treated. The villa was very clean, well equipped with kitchen cutlery, books, game boards, toiletries, sauna, tv, anything you’d need. Very close to beach, private dock to arrive right at the villa from the airport using taxi, amazing view from garden/balcony. Please don’t lose these wonderful women! Pay them good! They are absolutely BEYOND incredible!

The only thing I can say is it is very equipped with cameras, making the stay not feel as private as you’d like it to be.

The location was perfect. A view of Venice from the living room. It was less than 10 minutes walk to the water taxi stop. We bought a 2 day water taxi pass for our stay and traveling to and from Venice and the other islands was quick and easy.

Die Lage ist einfach genial, der Garten mit den Möbel wunderschön! Die Einrichtung ist perfekt und geschmackvoll. Sehr netter Gastgeber, alles perfekt!

Outstanding - you can't really say more! - Sensational view of the lagoon - beautiful, large garden - 400m to a very beautiful and quiet beach - 25min to San Marco - the staff is very nice and helpful We are looking forward to the next time!

Outstanding place! Will be back next year. The view is truly magical. Decor is wonderfully done, space is large and well laid out. The view from the living space is phenomenal, this is carefully considered with the floor to ceiling glass doors. Views of the monastery and over to st marks at sunset are second to none. Siting in the garden just watching Venetian life take place was very memorable. The host, Barbara is incredibly responsive, warm and welcoming. Barbara arranged several things for us, making everything clear and straightforward. All queries were handled within minutes. Everything you need is considered, teas, toiletries towels etc. The steam and sauna room is beautiful, modern and well functioning. Another unique find on the lido. Kind gestures, for example I said I love the shower gel they provide and one of the staff went to the store and bought me one - hospitality was second to none! Easy to get to main public boat stop, maybe 8 minutes walk. Coffee shop within two minutes of the apartment. Private jetty if you take a private water taxi.

All superb
