Reported A/c not working properly. No response! Bathroom light kept going on and off No net curtains or blinds on windows

Lovely apartment, great location (just minutes from Las Vistas prom/beach). Could do with a few umbrellas around the pool as not much shade, but apart from that its perfect.

Very nice area not far from main attractions, quite pool area and hotel bar. Few supermarket type shops on your doorstep. No complaints and very good value for money.

Excellent apartment. Only downside was the twin beds which I think could do with being replaced But other than that, really excellent.

The apartment was very compact inside but i cannot find anything else good to say about it.

Lots of these apartments are owned by private owners which makes it very difficult to get help if needed. The complex is very untidy to look at from the outside e.g. old damaged doors, paint peeling off walls, washing hanging outside most of them and some had makeshift blinds on the balcony which looked dirty and untidy. There are two swimming pools, the top one only had about twelve sun loungers, the bottom one had more but a lot of them damaged. There is nowhere to get drinks only a vending machine in reception. Most of the time there is no one on reception and when there is they are extremely rude and unhelpful. It advertised the bar is open at night but this does not always happen also shows menus for food but we did not see any food. The apartment block is away from the main area and have to walk up a lonely road which is unsafe at night. Lot of stairs to climb inside to get to rooms. We had a slight problem and needed to contact the host however it took 3 hours for her to answer her phone. I dont know what anyone would do if there was an emergency.

Excellent location within 2 minutes from the beach. Shops, restaurants and supermarkets very close. Good communication with host, apartament clean, beds comfortable and facilities good. One of the best places to stay in Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas.

Sink in the kitchen need some repairs but apart from that everything was excellent.
