Excellent location, very quiet, supplied with everything you need. It’s within an holiday apartment complex where the people work and stay seem to be nice.

The hand towel hanger in the bathroom needs to be repaired, but that’s relatively minor.

Location, really close to the beach, shops, supermarkets.

The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. No air conditioning was hard going. Ceiling fans only. Small things like providing half decent towels was a let down, they were quite old. Balcony looks onto buildings. Pool area was cold and you have to drag out your own sun chair which is stacked daily. No lift access so be prepared to lug your suitcase on several steps. Unfortunately not worth 1800 euro for one week!

Stayed here recently, and it was overall a decent experience with a few hiccups. First, the positives. They allowed us to check in earlier than the official check-in time, which was a lifesaver after a long trip. Plus, they let us store our luggage before lunch, so we didn’t have to drag it around. The location is also fantastic - close to the beach but not right on the busy promenade, so it felt peaceful while still being convenient. The room was clean and well-prepared when we arrived, which made a good first impression.

Now, onto the not-so-great parts. Once the extra beds for the kids were set up, the room became ridiculously cramped. There was barely any space left to move around, which was frustrating, especially with kids. On top of that, there weren’t enough closets or shelves to unpack properly, so we ended up living out of our suitcases for the stay. Another issue was the hot water - on one of the days, it ran out quickly. After one person showered, there was no hot water left for the rest of us, which was super inconvenient. For the price we pay I would never stay there again

The location is absolutely fantastic, situated right in front of a pristine beach with the softest sand. The beach boardwalk is lined with excellent restaurants and a variety of shops, making it incredibly convenient. This is a perfect spot for anyone looking to stay in the south. Highly recommend!

Location is key with this apartment. Great communication with owner. Access to property was fantastic with key safe. Well equipped kitchen with most essentials provided which was much appreciated

Bedding was just empty duvet covers, which were quite stiff and rough. Some nice quality bedding would improve this. New pillows needed too. Also, the towels were really small and hard, and it would really benefit from a large additional bath sheet per person.

Superb location between Los Cristianos and Las Americas, beach is a minute away, sunny balcony, well equipped even with washing machine
