"Easy 2 Manage Royal Penthouse Luxurious Retreat in Slough"

The Penthouse was clean and well presented. It was 15min drive away from LEGOLAND and has great food places nearby. The views from the balcony are amazing to watch the sun go down in the evening. Our little boys enjoyed the space to roam around.

There is no hot water to shower which would have been a problem if the weather wasn’t as hot as the weekend we stayed. There was also no knife so couldn’t cut up watermelon not sure if that’s because that’s not allowed. Would also recommend buying suitable pans for the cooker.

Brand new, clean, spacious apartment. The location is convenient to reach Windsor by car, for car parking. Also, there is LIDL and Costa around the corner.

Firstly, we booked an apartment for 8 people, but got only 6 places for sleeping prepared. The host/managing company did not react the first night, since we checked-in quite late, but also did not solve the problem for the following 2 nights. Thus, we did not get what we paid for. Also, the flat is just not equipped with the essentials. There are no cooking pans that would work on the stove, no knifes for cutting/cooking, there are zero hangers for clothes or any hooks for jackets, towels, etc. The bathrooms are without mirrors, and the hot water is quickly used up (two people cannot shower in a row). The cabinets in the kitchen are broken. Finally, there are cords hanging in all rooms, making it feel like the flat is still under construction, also left us wondering if it is safe to see the cords hanging above the sink.
