Good value for money with a big flat quite modern. I was afraid it might be noisy due to being on a main road but it was not. Easy to get the keys.

The washing machine pipes were not connected and therefore we could not use it.

Location is fantastic. Flat is spacious and airy. But the managing team is pathetic. Furniture is somehow not very good not very bad. Close to heathrow.

I recently booked a 3-bedroom penthouse for 6 guests for a 3-day holiday stay, and I must say, this has been the worst experience ever. We arrived at the property only to find that the boiler and heating system were not working. This meant we had no hot water and were left to spend our nights in cold rooms. We immediately contacted the property manager, R***, several times to resolve this issue. Despite our numerous calls and messages, Raza did not respond or even acknowledge our complaint. This lack of response and responsibility is utterly unacceptable. Our entire holiday was ruined due to this extreme inconvenience. We had to endure cold showers and freezing nights, which is not what we expected when we booked a supposedly luxurious penthouse. After trying to reach out to them around a dozen times with no response, we had no choice but to check into the nearest hotel, adding more unexpected expenses to our trip. We wasted £583 on this property, which is a significant inconvenience and disappointment for us. I strongly advise against booking with this property manager. Their lack of communication and disregard for their guests' comfort made our holiday an absolute nightmare. Save your money and avoid this property at all costs.

The apartment was clean

Could not park not enough beds for the amount of guests smashed mirror in bathroom hanging off a piece of electrical wire one door would not open one window would not open one door would not lock frying pans would not work on hob no knives to cut potatoes etc no hairdryer as stated water kept going cold in showers no instructions to use anything fridge door not connected to the unit door

Accessible, clean.

- water leakage found inside apartment after an overnight rain - water pooled underneath the tv and laundry area though nobody used it. - no spare key provided. - the WIFI not working. The apartment admin changed the wifi password at the last day of our stay but still didn’t work. - communication problem with the apartment admin if you need something.

Apartments was good.

I didn't like that the most of the stuff there wasnt't working, like I couldn't use the cooking pan, there were no knifes in the kitchen had to go and buy a cooking pan that actually works with the cooker, and buy knifes too which is not what you wanna do after a busy day and being hungry, microwave not working, fridge door is broken too, we only got wifi 3 days into the stay which was a shame. Property don't have any mirrors, or toilet brushes, really poor quality of the apartment although at first I was impressed how clean it is.

The host asked for deposit and never returned to me, watch out for any payment outside booking
