"Excelente alojamiento y ubicación"

Excelente alojamiento y ubicación. El apartamento muy acogedor, cómodo y con muchos detalles que hicieron nuestra estancia muy agradable. La anfitriona muy atenta y pendiente de todos los detalles. La ubicación ideal con sitios turísticos muy cercanos, la estación del metro muy cercana también.

Lo único malo es que no tiene ascensor... pero bueno al estar en 2do piso no se hizo tan rudo, salvo para la subida y bajada de maletas. De resto todo excelente

"Un lugar para pernoctar de 10 en pleno corazón de Madrid"

Una ubicación excelente, un trato excepcional por parte de la anfitriona (Noelia), y un servicio de calidad. Un lugar perfecto para pasar unos días en la ciudad, ya que el apartamento está perfectamente equipado para no tener que preocuparte de nada.

El salón es pequeño para la cantidad de gente que puede alojarse. Un sofá pequeñito (tampoco hay mucho más espacio) y cuatro sillas, es insuficiente si el apartamento está lleno. No hay posibilidad de usar el salón-cocina como lugar de relajación, puesto que un par de personas podrán sentarse en el sofá y el resto tendrán que usar las sillas de comedor.

Bien ubicado. Excelente recepción de César, nos estaba esperando y nos entregó excelentes consejos. Departamento muy bien equipado y con detalles que hacen que quieras volver.

Está ubicado en un edificio interior. Escaleras, pero no es problema.

"I came to celebrate my brother-in-law’s 70th birthday. Had a blast!!!"

The property was centrally located within walking distance of most popular sights. Immaculately clean. Well stocked with coffee, coffee machines, tea, water cooler and cookies. Apartment also had a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher etc and was air conditioned throughout. With two bedrooms and three bathrooms it was very convenient for our group of three. Well recommended. I must make special mention of Caesar who was very friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. We were met on arrival by Irina who did a great job of settling us in and giving all the pertinent details.

No real complaints. Would stay here again.

Cesar was a superb host. The location of this apartment is perfect - close to everything but not noisy. Access is easy and the apartment is well equipped and comfortable.

Great location, we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to visit while in Madrid. The property manager was very nice and helpful. The extra amenities provided in the bathrooms and kitchen, including a nice assortment of breakfast items and a water cooler, were well appreciated.

The rooms were very small and there were many stairs to climb up. With a baby, a stroller and extra luggage, this was a bit challenging.
