Host was excellent at all levels. Friendly, helpful, great communication, apartment has all that you need for a short stay. Location is great.

Being on the 3rd floor without a lift - difficult for an elderly lady. Good to note if you are not readily able to climb stairs. The bunk beds were squeaky.

The Breakfast treats that Carlos leaves in the apartment was outstanding and beyond what one would expect. There was such as selection of treats and some for the Christmas/new years holidays.

The only draw back we found was that with 4 adults, we had to be VERY strategic with showers in the morning. Else 1 (or perhaps 2) would get a cold shower. We found that we could easy deal with this just by keeping it shorter and turn off water, but honestly this was not too bad. The water pressure and showers (all 3 of them) was EXCELLENT!
