The family room was enormous.

Dirty, low quality food in the buffet restaurant, 4 out of 5 times there were no towels in either the pools or the beach (the staff said it will be available in one hour. Seriously?) . The beach is dirty, badly accessible (broken stairs, broken wooden path) and full of cigarette trash. 2 times the cleaning lady just burst into our room at 09:30 AM, while we were in the room!!! The room's main door is the cheapest I've seen, noise isolation does not exist and it's facing the main hall's fountain. The bathtub sinkhole was broken so we couldn't empty it. The elevator was super dirty and hadn't been cleaned in 4 days. The way from the elevators to the dining hall goes through what was once the staff only corridor so it's actually the entrance to the garbage and laundry rooms so you get the nice smell of garbage every time you go to eat. I haven't seen a cleaner anywhere in 4 days. Wanna go to the swimming pool and you're with a baby stroller? Great, you either go down a 25 degree descent or 20+ stairs, no other way. Would not recommend and definitely won't come back.
