Amazing facilities. Great range of food options. Room was great but with some issues, read below

We had the all inclusive package. The buffet was open (no lids) and there were flies in the area. In every single meal we saw flies which can get really really dangerous! The range of options was great but the hot dishes were not that tasty. It was decent but surelly not 5 star quality. The italian restaurant offers the least italian pizza you will ever eat! One of the few times we did not eat our pizza. We werent able to eat in the greek restaurant because you need to book a reservation and it was booked for the entire week that we stayed. You had to pay just to enter the spa facilities which included the gym, the inside pools, the sauna. I understand having to pay for the services (massage etc) but the gym should definitelly be included in this price tag. There was noise (loud) every time someone used the plumpings on the upstairs toilet (woke up at 6 am twice during my stay) There was a nice big screen available in the hotel but its speakers were placed right outside our room and they were projecting films almost every day from 19:00 till 00:00 and the noise was too much. Even if you wanted to just relax in the room (surely not to sleep) you couldnt. I had to call every day just to turn it down a bit. Biggest no no for me was the fact that they did not allow visitors. I am greek but i leave abroad and even though i wanted to have some long time friends for a day and enjoy the pool (of course by paying for the visit) that was not allowed. I cannot imagine having payed almost 3thousand euros for seven days and having to go out to see 2 friends. All in all, although the staff were all really polite, they were also all really young and some of them definitelly not suited for a 5 star hotel. I dont want to sound like a Caren but I would not visit again for this price tag. The visit was all in all good, but the value for money not so much. Not a real 5 star. P.s. room was 503, avoid if you have a hard time sleeping. Pool was great

My room was upgraded to Royal suite which was an enourmous room with a big private pool. It really made our stay way much enjoyable. Room service was really good and fast.

This is a big hotel and you need to walk a lot. There gold cars around , they come to pick you up but you need wait some time for it. Hotels beach is not very close to hotel. You need to take shuttle service but beach and sea is not so good there. Lot of wave and no sand. There are also apartment style rooms but i strongly recommend private suites.
