"Will never stay again. I have stayed at extended stay America before and this stay was the worst one"

The location is right by the highway. The staff was welcoming

The room floor had a sticky stain on the floor by the night stand. My bathroom was dirty. The toilet had a ring inside it. The shower didn’t look clean and there was red hair in the shower and hair on one of the towels

I didn’t like how booking.com took my money and went I got to the hotel there was no one to check me in so it was a complete waste of time now I have to fight to get my money back on something I was charged for that I never received plus there was three police there arresting someone. Great place
