Perfect location - not crowded district, within walking distance to cable car station, clock tower, kissing bridge, night show. Very cozy and nice. Good internet access. You will be provided with the free cable car ticket as you arrive.

Limited breakfast. No safe box in the room. But it doesn't really matter.

The location is excellent, close to restaurants along the waterfront and the Cable car station in Sunset Town. The view from the window is priceless. We used the free Cable and water park tickets and had a great time. Staffs are very nice and helpful.

It's not allowed to put toilet paper in the toilet, but the bin provided has no lid so overtime the bathroom becomes a bit smelly.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bella Hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed is exceptionally comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is in a beautiful town with stunning Italian themed buildings. We enjoyed going on the cable car to the water park. The hotel organised everything very well. We found the hotel was great value for money.

The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, always going above and beyond to help us. The location is excellent, within walking distance to many of the main attractions in Sunset Town. Our room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was a highlight—delicious, with a variety of options to choose from the day before. I particularly enjoyed starting my mornings with a steaming bowl of noodles. What truly set this hotel apart was their thoughtfulness. On my mother’s birthday, they surprised her with a mini cake during breakfast, even though we hadn’t mentioned the occasion. It was a small but incredibly touching gesture that showed how much they care about their guests. This is just one of many examples of how the staff made our stay unforgettable. We left feeling incredibly cared for.

Everything was perfect. Easy access to everywhere. Staffs give their full effort to fullfill our needs. Room was nice. Would like to come back again to stay at Bella. Thumbs up to all Bella management and staffs.
