BELLA HOTEL Phu Quoc

The hotel is very new and you feel it. They are very responsive and attentive to their guests. A super clean, spacious and cozy room with a kettle, a few dishes, cupboards and sink. Toiletries, slippers and tea, coffee provided, bottled water. A/C, nice hot shower, great location, quiet and close to the sea- just perfect if you want to take the cable car.

The staff didn't speak English, but we managed all the necessary communication via translator. They were very helpful and kind despite the language barrier, so really no negatives come to mind.

Hotel very new. Stayed in several hotels in Sunset Town but this hotel has rooms that are superior. Bed mattress was top quality, best sleep we have had anywhere . Very quiet.

Western breakfast could be added to the menu.

I recently stayed at Bella Hotel for weekend with my partner. Our experience was delightful. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped with all necessary amenities. The comfortable bed ensured a good night’s sleep after long days of exploring the island. The staffs and owner were always courteous, attentive and eager to assist with any inquiries or requests we had throughout our stay. The hotel’s location was perfect for us, conveniently close to beautiful beaches and cable car. Highly recommend it to other travellers seeking a comfortable and welcoming option in Phu Quoc with great price.

The hotel has superb location to the cable car and beach. Very nice and clean hotel with great fireworks view from the balcony. Staffs and owner are extremely friendly, responsive and helpful. Will definitely come back soon.
