59 Halstead - Gorgeous single bedroom with private bathroom

Quiet location, own parking space directly outside house on drive, unobtrusive host, very comfy bed, private bathroom, very clean, long mirror in bedroom, extension lead with multiple sockets in bedroom, small kettle and tea/ coffee etc in room, chain inside bedroom door, dimmer switch for main light, plus a reading light, a type of air con/ fan (so welcome), towels and many types of toiletries supplied in bathroom, a bath and shower in bath, again so clean.

Small things-On return at night had to open all the doors upstairs to find my room and bathroom (apologies!) as all doors were identical; very hot day and even with extractor fan, was still uncomfortable- felt host was possibly not so happy for this to be used? (know electricity is expensive atm); had thought bathroom was en suite and had not brought night attire/ dressing gown as such hot weather - just to be aware.

A single room in a private property, at a very affordable price and beautifully presented by a friendly host. On a housing estate but vey quiet and peaceful, I had a great night's sleep ready for work the next morning. Thanks Rachael.

The room was clean, tidy and filled all of the needs! The host was very amenable and nothing too much trouble. I had a dedicated off street parking space and although the property was located within a housing estate, external traffic noise was minimal.

Can't think of anything as such, the room matched the description exactly. Just a shame the dog wasn't in residence at the time of my stay!

Just what I needed, very clean room and bathroom, quiet and no problems, just rest after a long trip.

Only one thing could have been better and that is there could have been more milk for tea, but I'm just being a bit picky . Practically perfect.

Such lovely people that run this room, very friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean and tidy, it was a pleasure staying there, would certainly stay again.

Lovely host!! Warm welcome, cozy home feeling! Everything was clean, warm and welcoming. It was 1 night but loved it!
