Appartamento comodo in centro

Una struttura che come titolo mette Netflix e relax e poi Netflix non funziona già fa ridere di per sé... Poi mi chiedi €20 per le pulizie extra per il cane per una notte quando l'appartamento di per sé non è affatto pulito... La struttura alle nostre lamentele si è offerta di rimborsarci il 10% peccato che non è mai arrivato...

La situació

Posa que té aire acondicionat i NO ES veritat. No té aire condicionat. Posa servei de recepció. NO Té recepció. Posa servei de guardaequipatges (amb càrrec) I NO és cert. NO TÉ SERVEI de guardaequipatge. Al llit hi havia llençol de sota (bajera) I colcha (sense llençol de dalt). Coixins sense coixinera. Vam arribar a lapartament i estavem a més de 30 graus i estava la calefacció posada amb tots els radiadors bullint: Insuportable!!!!! No s'ajusta a la realitat la informació sobre els serveis d'aquest allotjament a booking.com

"Punto di riferimento per un piacevole soggiorno ad Aosta"

La posizione eccellente, appartamento dotato di tutto, pulizia ottima, tante attenzioni per il cliente. Disponibilità dello staff per qualsiasi dubbio.

Unico problema, che in ogni caso non ci ha creato disagi, non funzionava il wi-fi

Macchina del caffè guasta dopo il primo caffè. Wi-fi inesistente. Comunicazioni col gestore faticose. Incongruenze fra i messaggi di Booking e quelli del gestore. Mancate o tardive risposte alle mie domande. Numero civico diverso su Booking, 57, errato.

La posizione dell'appartamento; la divisione degli spazi all'interno.

La porta del bagno con la maniglia rotta: abbiamo provato più volte ad aggiustarla, senza successo; poi abbiamo messo da parte le viti ed abbiamo lasciato perdere. Le coperte ed i cuscini "in avanzo" buttati dentro l'armadio, senza essere piegati e imbustati: molto poco igienico.
