Comodissimo in pieno centro ad Aosta. Appartamento nuovo, pulitissimo. Anche l androne pulito. Scale ampie, ascensore pulito e trasparente. Cucina moderna fornita di tutto il necessario, lavatrice. Bagno comodo con doccia con il box e il bidet. Letti ampi e comodi.. TV con Netflix. Check in e check out comodi e veloci in autonomia. Host disponibile e gentile a risolvere eventuali problemi che peraltro non ci sono stati..

The apartment is located right in the middle of the town, on a lively shopping street, perfect for exploring! Despite the busy location, the apartment itself was quiet, beautifully decorated, and clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very friendly and communicated with us several times in both Italian and English, making sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated the warm welcome and would definitely recommend this place!

The electricity at the bed is not working so you can’t charge your phone next to your bed. I didn’t check if there was a switch or anything so I can’t 100% confirm if it’s broken or if it was just turned off.

Location

4 night, 3.5 day stay. Upon arrival found no wifi or Netflix information although it is advertised. Contacted the host and got wrong password for wifi on first request. There are 3 TV remotes, lots of wiring behind the TV, 2 accessory boxes linked to the TV, one remote has a Netflix button. No information on how to access Netflix. When I asked the host, they responded “find the app on the TV or use the browser”. Gee if it were that easy I could have figured it out, I have a degree in computer science. Never found access to Netflix. No coffee pods for the coffee maker. No shampoo. No body wash for the shower. Day one asked the host. No answer. Day two asked the host again. Answer “Did you look in the apartment?”. Duh, I wouldn't bother them if I hadn't? Asked again later in the day, the answer was…cleaning people ran out of supplies, they'll deliver it tomorrow morning”. Day THREE… NO coffee pods, NO shampoo, NO shower gel. Day FOUR: NO coffee pods NO shampoo, NO shower gel, NO Netflix. But…there are SIX pages of laminated APARTMENT RULES. Also, kitchen soap for dishes was diluted with water. No sponges or cloth to wash dishes, two sponges under the sink, but ratty and worn out. Used for the toilet, floors? Bed linens old, faded, worn out. Good location but there are many other apartments with an equally good location. Stay away from this one. They haven't learned how to be good innkeepers.
