Coorie by the Coast, Direct Beach Access Getaway - Arbroath

Location was fantastic with amazing views. Great value for money.

Bed in main room on bottom floor needs replacing it's make a horrible noise every time you turn over . Some of the paintwork on windows need cleaning .

Parking not great Bins full and contents strewn over back garden on arrival (this was rectified by ourselves then removed by property owners, although no space in bins to leave any further rubbish) Smell of damp from bathroom Bed noisy and not comfortable, sheets didn’t fit either Back door didn’t lock from outside, access to beach pointless if you can’t lock back door Kitchen too small, oven not clean on arrival Sofa in need of a good clean, not been hoovered below cushions for a while Property was very cosy but very tired and in need of attention, overpriced

The location is perfect with amazing view and easy access to the town.

on street parking was hard but only because the rental i was given was a SUV

Location was ideal - easy short walk to the town centre. Property was nicely furnished and very clean. Comfortable beds. Easy access to shore via back gate. Nice outdoor area for when it is sunny. If you like Arbroath smokies there were several fishmongers nearby.

Stairs were exceptionally steep and may pose a problem for older or less able people or young children but this was not mentioned in the property description. Kitchen was small - ok for 1 person but not really enough room for any more and not much available worktop area. Parking near the property was not always easy. Slight musty smell on arrival but this was probably due it not being occupied much (it was November) and it went away after a short time.

Absolutely brilliant weekend getaway. It’s got everything you need and more. Cannot wait to return. Already booked for March!

The bins were full. Also, as we will be staying next time over the bin day, does the black one fit through the house?

Excellent location, right on the beach with lots of walks nearby. House was comfy and warm. We managed to park right outside each day.

The Kitchen is small, it is fine if you are eating out or getting takeaway but very small if you actually want to cook. A couple of little niggles - no bin bag supplied and the mattress in the main bedroom was very squeaky with the slightest movement.
