Loved the view from the garden, and even when it sounded windy outside the garden was well sheltered, I even sat out in the morning with my coffee (in March!) Although we always bring our own, tea, coffee, sugar, condiments were supplied.

Couldn't park in the street, had to park 2 streets away, which is fine if you don't have a lot of luggage,children etc. I would have liked a covering or blind on the back door for night time We didn't need the rooms upstairs but I would be wary of using them for young children. The steps are very narrow, didn't feel safe coming down them.
