Casa De La Vina - Boutique Suites in Downtown Santa Barbara

The property was beautifully done, was very comfortable and had everything we needed. A great location to be able to walk to restaurants and bars.

This is a very small dark space, the benefit is it’s has off street parking. But there are no facilities to make breakfast you must go out. It’s very dark as it is very public so you must keep all your blinds shut all the time

Very small, difficult to navigate the space. And dark.

The location is perfectly situated to get to State Street, and with a bit longer walk, access the waterfront. It's located in a quiet neighborhood. The room was very small, but cozy and very tastefully and thoughtfully arranged, reminiscent of a place you would find in a European city.

No complaints

The inn was charming and cozy and it was clear from the room setup and decor that the owners tried to take into consideration the comfort of their guests. (I loved the lotion they provided. So much so that I ordered some online when I got home!) The kitchen had everything I needed for a very comfortable three night stay. While the location is close to the hwy, traffic noise wasn't that bad. Coffee shops were only a few blocks away and State Street, with its plethora of restaurants, is just a five minute stroll from the inn. (Check out the Win Dow for a quick burger and fries.)

My room was located on the bottom floor and faced the street. I didn't mind that but the room had no window, and I would have enjoyed being able to open a window to get some fresh air.

The free parking and the location

Nothing, it was all good

Very spacious room, beautiful view from rooftop, free electric charging and ample parking, like the door passcodes so no keys, 5 mins walk to heart of downtown, 12 to Funk Zone, 15 to beach. Water pressure was great, kitchen stocked although hard to find coffee pods. Bed was comfortable and clean. Full kitchen was nice.

The lock to the bathroom is very hard to use and doesn’t block sound so can make for some awkward moments. I wish there was an option, even if paid, to have turndown service.

The check-in was very easy despite there being no reception. Communication with the staff, done by email, was also very easy. They responded within minutes.

Lovely touches, quality accessories, excellent sleep, clean, great location.
