Casa De La Vina - Boutique Suites in Downtown Santa Barbara

Excellent location within a 10-minute walk of notable restaurants, cafes, and shops. Located along a creek--we were serenaded to sleep by the low hum of frog song. The decor was updated. The room was very clean. There was abundant storage and a cute table and chairs. The check in process was super easy using a door code.

The parking lot was a little tight but not a deal breaker by any means

We extremely enjoyed our stay in Casa De la Vina. The studio appartment was decorated very high level, everything was very clean, every detail has been considered and thoughfully designed. The location is also perfect, you can reach the main street + seaside on foot without taking your car, there is also car parking. I highly recommend this appart, even we stayed in the room giving on the road, it was not noisy. We normally stay in 4 or 5 stars hotels, Casa de la Vina met all our expectations Perfect 10/10

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, die Zimmer sehr geräumig und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Sogar ein Lautsprecher um Musik abzuspielen. Es ist ruhig gelegen.

Uns hat nicht so gut gefallen, dass man nirgends im Vorfeld lesen konnte, dass es sich mehr um ein Appartment handelt, es also nicht sauber gemacht wird. Das stört natürlich nicht, wenn man nur 1-2 Nächte dort verbringt oder wenn man es vorher gewusst hätte.

door was a bit confusing to open at times, handle doesn’t twist from the outside and had to pull and push door to get in. Wish the construction on roof deck was complete, was not really able to enjoy that area
