The location of the apartment was perfect 👌 and the apartment was amazing. The views, omg stunning and sunshine all through the day beautiful views day and night. We personally loved it.

You need to get a key box code from the agent's host in advance. We were only given it at 3pm on the day, after several messages we got the code which should have been given 24 hours in advance. You also have to check in at the reception with the booking confirmation and fill in your passport details. Communication could be improved.

De studio heeft mooi uitzicht en een zonnig balkon. Het ligt tegenover het busstation Costa Adeje.

1 De binnenkomst is met een sleutelkastje (op Booking staat ten onrechte: persoonlijke ontvangst). Hoewel ik 2 dagen voor aankomst via Booking had geinformeerd hoe laat ik zou komen, stond ik bij de receptie van hotel Ponderosa (waar de studio in zit) voor een van niets wetende receptionist. De receptionist wist niet wat ik kwam doen of naar welke studio ik heen moest. Na 15 minuten had hij contact met de verhurende instantie. Na nog 15 minuten wachten op het nummer van de studio kon ik naar de 8e verdieping, waar de studio nog werd schoongemaakt. Een uur na het uitpakken, bleek dat internet het niet deed. 2 Er was altijd wel wat met de liften in het gebouw. 3 De waterkoker is kapot. 4 Slecht internet, internet valt steeds uit. 5 Geen bierglazen. 6 Geen stop voor de keukengootsteen en ook geen afwasteiltje. 7 Beetje lawaaige omgeving: achteruit rijdende bussen, cafe beneden en door de muur heen verstaanbare buren.

Il nome della struttura e il numero dell'abitazione sono info che a mio avviso, possono essere date prima dell'arrivo, ma cmq abbiamo chiesto e il host ha risposto prontamente (anche per la doppia chiave che abbiamo chiesto)

Really nice stay and worth the money! Just note it’s not a hotel, you need the code for the keys in advance. We didn’t get it right away, but the concierge was super friendly and helped a lot. + Clean, comfy, helpful staff

Parking is tricky in the evening, so plan ahead.
