Very good hostel in the little town Helmsdale. Worth the money and the staff was very welcoming. Grocery shops and hotels within walking distance are good perks during the NC500 route stop.

Ein Hostel, wie es sich jede Person wünscht. Sauber, gut ausgestattet, die ordentlichste und sauberste Küche, die ich je in einem Hostel hatte und ein schöner Gemeinschaftsraum. Helmsdale selbst ist ebenfalls sehr schön und es lohnt sich ein Spaziergang. Marie ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin und man fühlt sich direkt wohl und zuhause. Große Empfehlung!

Everything, and it was warm and welcoming, and very well catered for. Stayed in many hostels over the years and this place is up with the very best 👌.

A converted building made into great accommodation. Own room with ensuite. Super helpful staff, secure bike storage of sorts(padlock hinge/clasp needs replaced)
