Good location,mainly comfortable and served a purpose.

Inside kitchen cupboards and draws need a good clean,fridge also needs cleaning. The oven was filthy inside,beds creak alot,single beds not at all comfortable. Cupboards not suitable to hang coats or clothes,very dirty and crumbling inside. Need new bedding alot of marks on the ones being used. This time of year would be nice to have heating and hot water on before arrival,house was very cold and took some heating up.

"A pleasant stay in a comfortable, well located house."

A very comfortable, bright, clean house in a quiet location. It has a pleasant lounge and kitchen/dining area and both bedrooms are a good size. Plenty of parking space on the road in front of the house and there was a couple of convenience stores and a nice cafe/takeaway at the end of the road. The city centre is a 10-15 minute drive away. Overall it was great value for money for the week.

Nothing really. The beds were a bit creaky but that was it. I'm aware that there are one or two more negative reviews of this property but our experience was only good, it was certainly very clean and absolutely no bad odours. I would certainly stay again.
