GBGBLocation was fantastic. House was lovely & warm... and the layout was perfect for the 7 of us who stayed there. Communication from the host was spot on... always quick, always courteous.

It was a little noisy and we were unfortunate to have some drainage works happening late at night which impacted the property and our sleep.
GBDown stairs was very spacious and modern and it was in a great location
*The bedding was full of hairs inside and outside the bedding . I don’t know if they were human or pet hairs . When I message the owners for fresh clean bedding he was vey funny with me on text . I was very respectful and thought the cleaner might have not been yet , and when they arrived they knocked on the door and said “bedding” in a rude tone and walked away they didn’t even give me chance to talk or ask any questions. They didn’t make me feel very welcoming and it spoiled our first evening , we even had to make our own beds * under the beds was full of dust and one of my family members got bitten every night in bed on her neck and shoulders * the car space was very tight for two cars and abit of a nightmare getting in and out
GBProperty was spacious and well equipped. Its proximity to beach and amenities was excellent. We had a comfortable stay and would visit again.
The stairs were quite narrow and steep. We would not recommend the upper bedrooms for older, less mobile people as the stair rail was not easy to grasp.
GBThe location was perfect for Worthing Town centre and the seafront, lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Accommodation was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated.
Just a personal thing the property was very warm, but were able to open windows. There were only 4 of us so seating was fine, but think if there were 6+ people eating around a table seating would have been an issue, but there were plenty of stools provided.

Floors definitely needed a more thorough sweep/vacuuming, kitchen didn’t have a teapot, we would have liked salt and pepper and some oven mitts to take hot things from the oven.
GBGorgeous property, spotlessly clean, wonderful bed linen etc. perfect set up for our family. Great location.
