GBExcellent location, the beach is minutes away and it's on a nice quiet street. The house is lovely, very fresh and with a nice mix of original features and modern. Lots of room for a lovely family reunion.

Small driveway- we did have a big car though so a normal sized car would be fine. Beautiful property but needs some touch ups. Cleanliness not amazing- new bedding needed. An extra sofa would make it more comfortable for the size of the group.
GBThe cottage was very well presented, very clean and the decoration was well finished. Facilities were excellent - everything we needed was provided. The location is a major plus - near the seafront and very close to the town centre.
At the price, a small welcome pack would have been appreciated - essentials like coffee, milk, butter and bread. We didn't expect it but it would have been a nice touch.
GBGreat location. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Good dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and showers. Central heating efficient and useful having TVs in every room. Handy having the keybox and a relatively early get-in time. Helpful having dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and sponge supplied, and soap & towels in the bathrooms. Beds very comfortable. Good use made of space available. Lovely flooring throughout.
Parking for 2 large cars very difficult. Only 4 dining chairs other seating was on stools. our party was 5 people and we fitted round the table but 9 might prove awkward. Sofa seated 4. Other seating was a hard wooden window seat with scatter cushions. Just enough cutlery for 5 people.
GB- one minute from the beach and from bus stop to Brighton. 10 min from town centre - large living room / kitchen - cottage recently renovated - parking space with EV charger if needed - fully equipped kitchen - keys in box, no time constraint on arrival
- cleanliness should be improved, in particular floors - not enough cutlery and toilet paper for 8 - no separate toilets, 2 bathrooms in total is just enough - small upstairs rooms
