Unique and modern top floor - Super central

The bin was overflowing, and there were no curtains on three of the windows, which made it difficult to sleep. We were misled—they promised a twin bed but provided a single instead. It took a long time to collect the keys from a different location, and the area itself was quite unpleasant. There was no elevator or ventilation system either. None of these issues were mentioned on the website—you only find out after booking.

10 meters from the tram station. The room was very clean. The location is central and there is a market and Vinmonopolet nearby.

You have to walk 10 minutes to get the key and it's very difficult with suitcases. There was no coffee machine even though it was in the facilities.

Great location, easy access everywhere, lots of pubs and shops in the area. Very spacious and nicely furnished apartment. Great contact with the owner, very good price.

There weren’t bed for five people. There weren’t enough bed sheets for us.

The location was great. I liked being able to walk to a vibrant part of town.

This apartment was misrepresented in the booking.com ad. The furniture was completely different and there was no coffee machine. It was dirty. Hair in the bathroom. Floors not vacuumed. Greasy cutlery and cups in the cupboard. The entrance was covered in graffiti and did not look safe to enter. Also smelled like urine. Pillows were so bad they were unusable, they were also dirty. The key is collected from a 7/11 400m away, when you have luggage this is very inconvenient. No electrical plug in the tiny second bedroom. One electrical plug had exposed wires, this is an electrocution hazard. Towels are threadbare. The host provided a very long list of instructions for checkout. I paid a large cleaning fee but received instructions on how to clean the apartment. Also received a message in the information saying we'd be charged 500 euro if we lost a key. That's extortionate. Avoid.
