Found nothing negative with our stay

The place is very welcoming and relalaxing.

The apartment was in a nice neighborhood with shops and restaurants nearby. 20 miinutes walking distance from the city centre.

The apartment was not very clean. Not a very inviting entrance (first you have to pass through a kind of dump place). Parking the car was quite a challenge and expensive.

it’s exactly in the area full of bars and small restaurants, mini-market is just across the street. nice parks is in minutes walk from the apartment

was a bit hot and noisy inside narrow staircase a bit delapitated entrance to the building itself

the “second bedroom” i.e. up the stairs was hot and difficult to ventilate

+ The apartment is in a really vibrant part of the town with plenty of restaurants, bakeries, bars and others. + New and modern apartment, really clean and + Detailed and clear instructions/hints for every necessity! + Really fast replies!

There are some minor discrepancies in the check-in/check-out because the instructions were most probably updated last during Covid. I gave feedback about it and the owner promptly acknowledge and most probably already updated the instructions so you will not have the same doubts as me!

The location is nice, near the city center and it’s easy to reach. Also there are multiple stores and restaurants nearby. The communication with the owner was going smoothly keeping in mind below issues.

Unfortunately the place was not so clean as I expected, keeping in mind the high rating. The bedsheets were wrinkled and not ironed as I expected. also there was some hair under the blanket. the owner offered to send again the cleaning team. There was also dust on the furniture in general.
