Live in historic building - View to Bryggen

The apartment is in a unique location in the very center, in close proximity to the fish market and the attractions of the city. There is a nice view from the room and the living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

It needs some cosmetic changes in the interior, it would be nice to have extra pillows in the bedroom, as the available ones are very low and soft :). The stairs that lead to upper level and the bedroom are quite steep and it would be nice if they were slightly secured.. The climbing requires some extra effort.

The stairs in these older buildings are rather steep. Can be dangerous for small children or elderly people.

Very steep stairs both to the apartment and another set up to the bedroom. Not a problem for everyone but would take into account if mobility is an issue. Bathroom setup is strange… shower water floods into washing machine and sink has a sloped roof above that makes getting ready in morning/evening difficult. Other than that, very nice and clean apartment in a good location.

The location is great and so is the original house

Proper cleaning missing (bedroom curtains with large stains, bedding with blood stains right under the pillow, bathroom carpet terrible smelling of dog urine), a lot of noise (the house is not soundproof and the owners don’t offer ear plugs), bathroom sewer must to be fixed, TV interface in Italian, a lot of paint cans and other renovations tools placed in the house and the lack of possibility to keep your luggage within the house if you have a late flight.

The location was excellent!! The view was nice and the building is charming

Stairs to going up to living room and then another to go to bedroom are very steep and narrow. But we personally didn't mind it that much
