cercanía del mar y aparcamiento

1/ zona muy ruidosa, apartamento situado justo a escasos metros de locales de concierto con música a todo volumen hasta altas horas de la noche. 2/ cortes de agua frecuentes y prolongados a lo largo del día sin previo aviso de nadie de nadie. No disponen de aljibe para mitigar ese problema, a pesar de el contestador virtual nos dijo que sí había aljibe. 3/ toda la comunicación por contestador virtual que no resuelve los problemas cuando los hay
