SOUL downtown 5 minutes away from the beach

Anna who manages the property is very helpful and made sure our stay was comfortable. The location is excellent for us as it was right on the popular 5th Avenue but on the quiet side of it☺️ Big balcony with the view of the sea from a distance.

The only thing that is negative for me is the lack of gym facility😐

Da localização. Tem um prédio abandonado logo em frente com moradores de rua que dormem lá. Logo que vi tentei cancelar pois não me senti muito segura andando com meu filho pequeno. Mas o Booking não aceitou o cancelamento então ficamos. Como estávamos de carro, e passeamos o dia inteiro...não foi de todo mal. A piscina merece uma reforma!

The host was great and communication before and during our stay was excellent! The room was really nice and had everything we needed. Also the bed was really comfortable and the airconditioning and wifi where really good. The location of the appartment was also great and the doorman downstairs at night was so nice! We would definitaly recommend this accomodation.

The only thing I can think of is that there where some tiles broken in the pool. I had a little cut in my knee the first day. But the view from the pool was amazing and for the two weeks we stayed there it almost seemed like we had a private pool since there were no other people at all. It was also great that there was a shower, toilet and sink :) And the pool beds etc where good aswell.

Loved the open spaces, well equipped (although very few pans!!!), very breezy and airy and bright. Loved the mosquito nets on the windows! Convenient location close to beach and supermarket.

At the intersection of streets where 3 different bars were playing music day and night non-stop super loud and all different songs overlapping each other. We expected it in the evening and brought ear plugs. But it was almost worse during the day. We were planning to work in the apartment remotely but it was super hard with all the music.

The inside was great!

The noise all day with construction below and most of the night (until midnight or later on weekends) from the multiple bars and restaurants below.

A few nights of dogs barking frequently all night.
