SOUL downtown 5 minutes away from the beach

the location, the appartment is very pretty with all comodities to cook or to stay like "home". Appartment's size is good.Has a nice terrase.Good wifi.

We wanted to see local tv but the box that was available was not easy to use and we couldn't watch some local tv, we find a way to watch old movies. Nether netflix was available. The pool was little bit dirty and the temperature of the water was very cold, we thought it might be warmer but it wasn't so despite we chose this place because the pool look awesome, we weren't able to use it :( The safe box did a weird noise sometimes at night, probably battery was about to die.

The apartment was very spacious, bight and clean! Lovely balcony to enjoy it anytime of the day! The staff was very polite and friendly, as well as they were always in touch with us for our arrival

The check in was sluggish due to nobody on site

Communication with the host was excellent. The facilities are clean and well-equipped. I was particularly impressed with the food containers in the kitchen, which I had never seen in any other apartment. Those were perfect for packing some lunch boxes and also for leftovers from restaurants. Again, it is clean and spacious, has an excellent location, and has a great host! Also, a taco truck in the morning in front of the apartment will give you a perfect option for your breakfast guaranteed by the crowds on the truck.

Because of a bar in front of the building, there is some noise at night. The bathroom window couldn’t be closed, so the noise from outside wasn’t well insulated. Every time the person next to me moved around, the mattress was shaken and it made me wake up.

Very clean with ice decor

It was clean and has a good modern/minimalist design. It is fully equipped if people want to stay there for longer periods and be able to cook.

The bed made squeaky noises every time I laid down or move while sleeping. Even though is on 5ta Avenida is a little far from the action, so we always had to walk a lot to go the the restaurants we wanted to visit.

Good communications with the staff and the apartment was very clean and well taken care of. kitchen facilities were very good. If you want to cook your own meals. The apartment was very quiet inside, considering there was a lot of noise outside on 5th Avenue, for there was a bar downstairs.
