Space and location. Heating and hot water was running.

Doors did not close between rooms and in one of the bathrooms.

Not a lot of ventilation. The windows faced into the building where construction was taking place so we couldn't open them

Lo único recomendable es la ubicación Este departamento de lujo no tiene absolutamente nada.

Muy deteriorado. Muebles desgastados, casi sin vajilla, enchufes rotos … NO SE PIERDAN LAS FOTOS ( tengo más )

La ubicación a 50 m de gran vía .

El piso esta en primera planta, en un edificio muy viejo, que se dividió en varias unidades independientes. El piso que me tocó solo tiene 2 ventanas que dan al interior , con poca luz natural y sin ventilación.La cocina y una de las habitaciones no tienen ventana alguna. Reservé un piso de 2 habitaciones, una de ellas no tenía ventanas, la cama doble contra la pared , solo entraba la cama y un perchero, y comunicaba directamente con el segundo dormitorio de modo que habia que pasar a través del mismo en forma obligatoria. Considero que eso debería aclararse en la descripción. Las paredes estaban sucias, la alfombra de la sala también. No habia escobas o trapeador, para una estancia de varios días es necesario. No creo que valga el precio que pagué por él.
